The Holy Shekel support center is one of the most advanced in Israel and the world.
At any given moment someone is monitoring the system, even at night, and inquiries by customers receive quick responses.
Our official working hours are between 8:00 in the morning and 22:00 at night, but in reality, as customers know well, we often respond in the middle of the night if need be.
Customer support for premium / platinum subscribers
Customers who are premium or platinum subscribers are entitled to unlimited support. They may open as many support tickets as they wish, and we will respond within several hours between 8:00 and 22:00. To request support for premium / platinum subscribers.
Customer support for free subscribers
Customers who are free subscribers are not left unattended. They may send us requests for help or support and we will respond within 1 or 2 business days. To request support for free subscribers.
